SHAPA Curriculum: Your Choice
Student Stipend:
Each semester, students have the following amounts available:
- $400 for pre-approved curriculum per semester
- $250/$200 (Semester 1/Semester 2) for enrichment, activities, and supplies
- The total allocation is $1250 for the entire school year
All Students who are within the SHAPA pod’s will have an allocation of $225/$175 each semester for reimbursable enrichment, activities, and supplies. The other $25/semester will go toward Pod supplies purchased by the teacher.
Curriculum Purchase Process:
SHAPA Families can choose their curriculum, enrichment, or supplies from the pre-approved list below.
- Reimbursement: Families can purchase curriculum and submit receipts to request reimbursement.
- School Purchase: Families can request the school to make purchases on their behalf, with materials shipped directly to the student.

Families can select curriculum, enrichment materials, or supplies from the pre-approved list below. Once purchased, families may submit receipts for reimbursement, ensuring access to high-quality learning tools while maintaining flexibility in their child’s education. Please review the guidelines and submission process to ensure eligibility.
Direct Curriculum Order
The Direct Pay Form will be available starting August 22nd, 2025. This form is used to request direct payment for curriculum. It is solely for approved educational curriculum, rather than paying out-of-pocket and seeking reimbursement. This form needs to be completed after you have had your initial conversation with your Mentor teacher regarding the 2025-2026 school year. Please ensure all required information is complete before submission to avoid delays in processing.
